As an Experienced Service Technician at LB Chase Mechanical,you’ll be the face of our company out in the field, providing top-quality HVAC diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance to residential and light commercial customers throughout East Tennessee. We’re looking for dependable pros who take pride in their work, communicate clearly with customers, and are committed to doing the job right the first time. If you’re NATE-certified (or working toward it), have a strong troubleshooting background, and want to work for a company that values integrity and rewards excellence, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair HVAC systems with accuracy and efficiency
- Perform maintenance on a variety of heating and cooling equipment
- Communicate clearly with customers and provide service recommendations
- Maintain accurate service records and complete paperwork in a timely manner
- Represent LB Chase Mechanical with professionalism and integrity
Lead Installer
We’re looking for a skilled, take-charge Lead Installerto oversee residential and light commercial HVAC installations from start to finish. In this role, you’ll supervise install helpers, ensure each project meets high standards, and deliver clean, efficient installs that reflect our reputation for excellence. If you’re experienced with system replacements, new installs, and ductwork, and ready to lead with confidence and precision, we’d love to welcome you to the LB Chase team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and perform HVAC system installations, replacements, and upgrades
- Read and interpret blueprints, job specifications, and installation plans
- Manage install helpers and ensure high-quality workmanship
- Coordinate with office and service departments for scheduling and materials
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site
Install Helper
