I’m not easily impressed, but the crew that installed my unit was very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to do a great job. The attention to detail and quality of work was very surprising in this day and age. I had several contractors quote replacements when my 25 year old gas pack heat and air unit died. The company wasn’t the cheapest but were on the low end for a highly rated brand, and the quote also included many improvements no one else thought to even mention. They brought portable units to hold us over the week we waited for replacement. They fixed problems I didn’t know I had and the difference was like night and day. Highly recommend these folks. Professional start to finish. Great group of guys. Very clean and efficient. Explained everything very well throughout the job. Our HVAC system needed replaced. LB Chase was recommended by a couple of neighbors who had used their services. From the sales call and proposal by Devon, to the day of installation, everything went smoothly. The installation crew was really exceptional! LB chase has the best employees. They had to come and put a new fuse box in for me, the gentleman was very professional, answered all my questions, and price was reasonable. I made an appointment, they said it would be a couple of hours for someone to come out, not long after I made the appointment the gentleman was calling saying he was on his way to my house.
