It is so rare in today's world that you find an efficient, professional and customer caring repair company. So glad I called LB Chase! My renters have 2 infant children and their bedrooms were at 80 degrees Friday afternoon. I called LB and scheduled an appointment for first available on Saturday afternoon. Hours later, at 5:00pm, I got a call from Cody stating he lives near our rental and would be there in a half hour.
