LB Chase offers free, no-pressure second opinions for local homeowners who want to feel confident about a recent estimate for a heating system, air conditioner, or whole-house generator.

If you already have a written estimate, simply provide a copy and one of our licensed professionals will review your options and deliver an honest, on-site assessment so you can make the best decision for your home.

If a written estimate is not available, we’re still happy to help. In that case, the visit will be treated as a standard on-site evaluation, with a $79 service fee applied.

Second opinion visits are scheduled during normal business hours, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (EST). Someone from our team will contact you within 24 hours to schedule and confirm your appointment.
